Takes time to change the views...

Hi,

I am running maya in Dell Precision T 5600 with Intel Xeon E5 2650 ( 2 Ghz , 20mb cache ), 32 GB Ram, Nvidea Quadro 4000 (4 GB). But when I am not getting a good perfomance with this configuratin. It is taking 2 sec to change the perpective view to front view or top view. Overall perfomace is too slow. Please help me...!!!

And what video drivers are you running?

Windows 7 professional 64 bit, Quadro ODE Graphics Driver

Also - what viewport mode are you set to? (wireframe, shaded, VP 2.0? etc...)
