Multilister Problem On Fedora9

Hi~
I installed maya 8.5 on my fedora9 machine (32-bit)
until now everythings works fine but, I opened up the multilister and it looks like this.
I searched about this thread but, I didn't found it.
Please help..

p.s - my graphic card is nvidia quadro 3400

either turn off X composite extension in your xorg.conf or
Set XLIB_SKIP_ARGB_VISUALS=1 in your Maya.env file

I added following line in my maya.env

Set XLIB_SKIP_ARGB_VISUALS=1

Also added following my /etc/X11/xorg.conf

Section “Extensions”
     Option “Composite” “Disable”
EndSection 

And reboot, show up following error message (cannot start xwindow)

ERROR Cannot run FLEXLm licensing daemon : lmgrd
/var/flexlm/aw_localhost.dat does not exist.

I wonder what mess up with this.
Any advice will be helpful..
