The link to 3dsMax Design specific downloads are missing from:

http://usa.autodesk.com/support/documentation/

I had to google for the Design specific service packs.

Solution 1: Link it from the documentation page

Solution 2: List it with the other 3dsMax files (like you did before)

Solution 3: Combine 3dsMax with 3dsMax Design......

Look at the bottom right of the page.  It has downloads for both 3ds Max and 3ds Max Design
