Mental Ray missing in 2014 SP4...

I have installed Maya 2014 SP4 at home, this is a fresh install and was just trying to see if there are any problems with the new SP before I install it at work.

But for some reason, the install went OK, but when I looked under the Render settings there is no MentalRay, and then looking in the Plugins list, there are none there either?

Am I missing something ?

As of maya2014 installing mentalray is optional. It seems the option is off by default.

If you cant find mayatormr in the plugin list then you have a couple of choices.

1) Reinstall maya2014 and make sure to turn on the mentalray option.

2) If you are on windows look in the folder

C:\Autodesk\WI\Autodesk Maya 2014\x64\MentalRayPlugIn

MentalRayPlugIn2014.msi

and run it to install mentalray.
