Maya error 20, MAYA_ALT_EN is not set

I cannot open MAYA 2013, i continue to get the same error to no avail, License Not Obtained... Error 20...

I have tried every suggested solution I can find.. I have deleted and reinstalled all my Maya and Autodesk files at least 10 times...

 

Has no one had this problema and found a solution?

 

it's ridicules this is even happening and autodesk has nothing for me.

 

Mac OS 10.6.8

Maya 2013 SPS, Student

 

Someone please help my class work is suffering, i can't do anything

Sounds like an issue with your license file.

Do you have the Autodesk License Manager setup up and using your Student License?
