Maya 2015 64-bit Student Version installs but Mental Ray does not install...

I have just installed Maya 2015 64-bit Student Version on my computer.

I am running Windows 7 64-bit Professional.

Maya 2015 installs but Mental Ray failed to install.

I have also installed 3ds Max 2015 64-bit Student Version on this same computer.

I have attached to this post a zip file called "Maya_Install_Logs_8_11_14.rar"

(I am unable to create a .zip because the Maya2015_x64_Install.log is too large for a .zip i.e. 65mb and only compresses down to 5 mb)

It contains:

Maya2015_x64_Install.log
Maya2015Setup.log
MentalRayPlugIn2015_x64_Install.log

Can you help me resolve this so that Mental Ray runs on Maya 2015.
