Maya 2011 and nVidia NVS140m hotbox issue

Hi,

I would like to use maya 2011 on my laptop. It has nvidia nvs140m video card. I hit the space button, and click another view (persp), and If I release the mouse button before the space, the viewport doesn't change. I changes when I click into the viewport or rotate the view.

I tried different display drivers but neither helps. I tried to change the display properties> manage 3d> global settings>
extension limit to on, and threaded optimalization off, but no solution.

Has anybody use maya 2011 on lenovo r61? Or with nvs140m display card?
Which driver should I use?
Any advices appriciated!

I forgot to mention I use maya 2011 hotfix 3 version.

Thank you

Your graphics card (and subsequently your laptop) is not qualified for Maya at this time.

What operating system are you running? Beyond trying different display drivers, there's only a few other things to experiment with...

I'm using xp pro 32bit (i know this isn't the best for maya, but unfortunately I have to use it)
I'm trying, i'm trying.
Thank you for your kind

Nothing wrong with running 32bit (unless your hitting memory limits).
Unfortunetly, you just need a higher-end video card.
