I need to change my date and time??

I just installed 3dsMax today. Bought the one month thing. Entered in my serial and what not. It booted up but then stopped and gave me this message..

This is a clean computer build, so, nothing on it (hence the perfectly clean desktop!)

As you can see, at the time of takeing this screen shot, my date and time were correct. 

After I hit try again a few dozen time, i hit the QUITE button and get this error...

I've seen plenty of threads on what to do with this, but, deleting the Flex file, registries, starting and stopping the flex serivces, yeah, ive done all of these and nada, still not working. 

I kinda need this for the weekend 😞

Any suggestions?

gah, it would help if you can actually SEE what the images say lol.
