Backburner connect error

Having trouble getting the server to connect back to the manager keep getting and error receiving inforamtion: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote server message. I've tried it on muliple computers.

 

3ds MAX Design 2014

 

 

 Using Backburner 2014.0.3.1673

 

 

 

Ive disabled the firewalls on both computers to rule that out.

Got it for anyone else having the issue right click and run the application as an administrator!

Its the queue monitor I need to put the ip and not use localhost who would have thought... this things fickel.
