Activation Issue.

After installing the student version of Maya 2012 (64-bit) I tried to activate it with the provided serial and product code. But when I try to access the activation window all I get is this blank window with absolutely nothing, due to which I cannot proceed to activation. Could someone please help me out with this as i need to desperately activate Maya. Thanks in advance.

any possibility of redownloading maya? and re-installing?
