"SetupRepositoryIndices.bat" crashes after copying from 2010

I followed the import instructions included in the 2012 help file.

I backedup up, and restored the repositories in 2010, and then copied them over to 2012.

When I run the SetupRepositoryindices.bat, it gives me this output, with a DBXML has stopped responding error, 3 times:

The three red lines are where it seems to crash.

This is the error code that pops up when DBXML.EXE crashes.

This is a Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit, 4GB Ram, Virtual Server.

Just to test, I restored the "default" repositories, and I still had the same crashes.

Thanks for any help.
