how to use mapguide API

i am new to mapguide so plese guide how to use mapguide API with c#.net, from scratch

actually i have not been able to locate th esample applications.
i have installed the topobase package.

The sample applications are part of the MapGuide CD.

Topobase includes MapGuide correct? (I don't now much about Topobase)

ya topobase includes MAPGUIDE ENTERPRISE but the folder for samle applictions is not present in it.

if u have some mapguide applicaion built in c#.ne then can you please email it to me at

There are MapGuide 1.2 (2008) samples available on the MapGuide Open
Source site. The docs are in the main folder, and there is an asp.net
sample app in the Samples subfolder:
