Selectable layers

Hi.
I have several selectable layers in a MapGuide 6.5 project among several others that are not selectable.
Can anyone give me a hint how to let the user know wich are the selectable layers, for example a change of cursor display...
Thanks!
Eduardo

The only way I know of is to use a standard naming
convention for selectable layers (i.e., use a prefix/suffix like S_Parcels or
Parcels_S) that indicates selectability. A change in cursor would be very nice
and cleaner, however.

Eduar,

I don't know any spanish, good that i will help in english it self..
Selectability is an Authority concept, i doubt if you can do something with your programme.
If that happend than i think any one can steal your data, few things cannot be changed or represented thru API.
The best way a user can know which feature is selectable is to select the see the features in Map it self.

Its a common ? my customers ask, and we say for security reasons we have made them unselectable..thats it..

Cool
