In AIMS is not possible to select feature in the map if this come from query or view of Ms Sql Server Spatial 2008.
I can't understand this because the "query is hear of the database" how can we do GIS without query ?

The FDO provider isn't very smart at picking up PKs from a view, so you have to send a "hint" to the FDO provider through the schema overrides mechanism that your view contains a unique identity property, thus allowing layers built off of it to be selectable.

Jackie, since this issue occurs on a regular basis (your first post on Schema Overrides is 3 years old),
do you think that putting an "Schema Override" tool within Maestro and Studio would be good solution?
Many people use VIEWs in their Oracle and SQL Server databases to pull out spatial data and it would be great if we could choose the KEY ourselves within the AIMS Studio product (and Maestro of course).
