Mapguide 2011 and Google Maps Legend Question

Hello,

 

I have been successful integrating Google Maps into my 2011 Fusion applications. However, I would like the user to have the option to turn the Google layer off in the legend. Is this possible, and if so, is it something I would have to program or is there a built-in functionality I am missing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!Smiley Happy

The legend widget only toggles visibility of MapGuide layers.

 

The commercial map layer (Google/Yahoo/Bing) is not a MapGuide layer (ie. There is no Layer Definition for it).

 

As such, controlling visibility can only be done through the "External Providers" widget.
