FDO for ODBC and WFS

When you create a new data source (fdo for odbc), and check the option for enable WFS, why on earth does MG list all tables that it finds in the WFS request? It even shows those that have no geometry information at all. IMHO, shouldn't it only show those tables that you've defined geometry columns for? Has anyone else run into this? Are there any workarounds?

Thanks...

The only progress I have made on this is to create a new db user, and only grant select on the actual feature tables, so the other tables are not even visible to the user... Kind of a clunky solution
