Drawings in MapGuide

I'm trying to add drawing information to my MapGuide Map. I have SDF, DB and
DWG data layers in my MapGuide map.
The coordinate system is Arbitrary US Feet.

One of the layers is a polyline SDF file of Water Mains exported from a
drawing in Autodesk Map.

Another layer (the problem one) is a drawing of text and dimensions created
from (wblocked out with 0,0 as the basepoint) the same drawing file that the
water mains were created from.
It didn't matter if I used the whole drawing file or not, the following is
still the issue.

When I bring them together in MapGuide 6.3 the Text/Dimension drawing data
appears to be shifted about 4 feet (units) to the left. Why?!?
What am I missing or doing wrong?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

try inserting the text block back into the original drawing using 0,0 as the insertion point. Did this line up properly? If no then the problem stems from autocad not mapguide.

Good thought but that wasn't it. ๐Ÿ˜ž The block of
Dims came back into the original drawing right where they're supposed to
be.

I measured a little more accurately the distance of
the difference. The drawing is approximately 4.9 ft left and 1.7 feet down
from the sdf/db-point data.

Do both of the drawings have their Units set the same?

e.g. Format > Units > Drag and drop scale (previously Design Center). I have found this to be a source of problems.
