I've installed MgServerSetup.exe and MgWebServerExtensionsSetup.exe. However, when I go to the Administrator page at:
http://localhost:8008/mapguide/mapadmin/login.php
it will not accept the default user id of "Administrator" and passoword of "admin" as the documentation claims. Have these been changed since this documentation?
