Cannot download mapguide viewer plugin

Hello,

I ahve not been able to download the Mapguode Viewer plugin anymore.

Had been using it for years to use a particular Planning Authoiutiyty website but got a new computer so need to download again.

Has it been discontinued?

Is there anywhere I can get as the webiset had not been updated to use an alternative?
