AutoCad Map 3D 2010 fatal error

Im running a PC with AutoCad Map 3D 2010 on windows xp SP3 32 bit OS.

The application was working. User called and stated she is now getting the error below and has not installed any updates or software.

Im getting this error below.

Unable to run AutoCAD. This may be sue to one of the following reasons:

1) The version of AutoCAD was not installed properly. In this case, you may wish to reinstall AutoCAD.

2) You do not have sufficient rights to run AutoCAD

Ive reinstalled the software and Im admin of the box.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
