¿Qué versión de InfraWorks está usando? Desde la captura de pantalla que se ve como si estuvieras usando 2014, pero se puso en marcha a partir de la última suite o la suite Premium o se adquirió por sí mismo. La opción de perfil sólo está disponible desde la versión Ultimate Suite en ese momento. Si usted tiene la última versión, asegúrese de que abra el programa usando el atajo correcto.

What version of InfraWorks are you using? From the screen capture it looks like you're using 2014 but was it launched from the Ultimate suite or the Premium suite or was it purchased on it's own.
