Return Radius at intersections

How do you control the value of return radius'?

I imagine the specification of curb return radii in Infraworks is set in an XML file.  You will have to get confirmation of that from one of the developers

Brian, Where do I find this dialog box? Seems to be a lot missing in my install. I cant edit curves in roadways either
