Is there a way to set a catch slope for roads?

Why does this ramp road have vertical sides? Where do I go to control that? Don't say Civil 3D.

Hi Tim,

there wasn't a picture attached to your thread so I assume that you mean the sites of a road ramp are vertical and not having a slope (ike the example in my screenshot). If this is the case go into your model and open the road style editor for the style you used and enter the "transition zone width" which means the horizontal distance from the road sides till the slope hits the terrain.

Have a look at te attached picture.

As of today you cannot enter a certain angle or define it in other ways, but the team is working on it.

Hope this solves the problem.

Andreas

Oops, I forgot to attach my image, but you figured out what I was asking. Thanks.

Yes, that works for me.
