3D Tree Transparency problem load into Infraworks 2014

Hi

I have created very simple 3D tree by using only two orthogonal planes, the tree image is already transparent.

But when I load into infraworks, it is very wired.  See the two images attached.  One for original tree image and the other for tree model load into Infraworks.

Any idea how to solve this problem.

Tom

Is the tree transparency set by the Alpha channel? Also, are importing the model into infraworks as an FBX?

If this is the case FBX does not support the Alpha channel. There are other ways to acheive the transparency eg using a cut out.
