Service Packs?

Hi everyone,

I have Infraworks 2014 through the Buidling Design Suite and noticed that my version of Infraworks is not the same release as what is currently available.  I guess I have the first release and the current version is R2.  I can't seem to find any way of updating it to the R2 version.  Are there SPs I can download to get my version current?  I checked the support page and there is only a hotfix - no service packs.  I can download the standalone version but it requires a standalone serial number to activate.

r2 is a separate download/install

it does not requires an uninstallation of Infraworks 2014

the download for R2 is on the subscription website

I downloaded R2 off the subscription site, but when it goes to activate, it won't accept my Suite serial as a valid serial.  Autodesk's reply was that I'm supposed to install from my suite which i can't do when this appears to be a stand-alone installer.  I'm going back to Autodesk and seeing if they can sort this out. 

I had hoped there was a SP that I was missing that would have worked instead of the hassle of filing a case.
