Send to 3DS Max missing in InfraWorks 2014 R4?

I am not positive because the new interface still has me a little disoriented, but I think the SendTo 3DS Max Design function has been removed.

Does anyone know for sure if this is the case? I was hoping they would add to this functionality by including a SendTo Civil 3D tool (and one in Civil 3D to SendTo InfraWorks,) but it appears they have killed my dreams. Boo hoo.

Export to fix and import into 3ds max design. It's extra steps I would rather avoid, but c'est la vie.
