I brought in a DEM, brought in a few aerials for the same area, brought in a SHP for existing roads. From there i tied a design road into the existing and then edit the design road's elevation. it dosent tie out to the existing ground right, not at all in some places. where it does have some tie out it seems triangulated. any ideas?
