Problem opening Autodesk Infrastructure Modeler 2013

All,

We have an issue opening AIM 2013, when we double click the shortcut we get the following pop up... see attached image. Has anyone come across this?

The procedure entry point ?spatialOp@ExprBuilder@fdo@@QEAAXW4SpatialOps@12@@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library FdoWrap.dll

I started getting this message before I installed R2.  Apparently it really doesn't affect anything.  Click OK and continue.

I'm afraid just clicking "ok" doesn't do anything...

That's a bummer.  My suggestion would be to log into Subscription website and download AIM R2.  Much better release.

Let me try that and see how i get on... if it works i will accept your previous response as the answer but what should people do if they arent on Subscription???

I found that a repair did not work with this issue prior to R2.  I had to do a complete uninstall and re-install.  I know, it sucks to have to do this.

Can´t find it in my Subsription-Center.

Firstly, is your AIM version on subscription?

and Secondly, have you spoken to either your "Software Coordinator" or "Contract Manager" for the Subscription Site? It could be that they have blocked access for users to the "Product Enhancements" section which is where you will find the info for AIM R2.

Hope that helps 🙂
