Hi,
I am currently running into the following situation with the IMX export functionality of Infraworks. I have model built that contains surface information and some pipe networks. I want to export a portion of the surface and pipe network to Civil 3D via IMX export.
The Problem: If I pick a portion of the model that is too close to the edge then nothing will import into Civil 3D. However, if I pick an area more to the center of the model it will export the surface and pipe network data and I can use it in Civil 3D.
Has anyone else encountered this? If I get too close to the edge it just will not bring in any surface/pipe network data. Everything is clipped to the model extents
