area fill problem

hi
i have a problem with the area fill tool
in some files there is no problem and it works fine
in other files it does not work at all
is it related to the file size?
it is on the same workstation

It is likely related to the gap tolerance - either the Impression area fill setting, or how closely the lines are closed in your target DWG. If the lines surrounding your fill area aren't touching, that may be the problem. Try increasing the gap tolerance, or manually closing the lines around your to-be-filled areas in Autocad before importing into Impression.
