Impression 3 crashing when intially launching the program.

Hello All,

I have a user within my company that has IMpressions 3 installed and when he launches the program it crashes during the opening of the program. He has the following CAD apps installed:

Autodesk Land Desktop 2007
AutoCAD Civil 3D 2008
AutoCAD Civil 3D Land Desktop Companion 2008
AutoCAD Civil 3D Land Desktop Companion 2009
Autodesk Civil 3D 2007

He also has Adobe Creative Suite 4. I reviewed the app event log and found the below entry:

I have ensured his computer is up to date with Microsoft updates. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all .net frameworks. I made sure all MS updates relating to .net framerwork are installed. I've tweaked his system i.e. virtual memory, 3Gb boot.ini switch, cleared startup items. System specs - Dual Core Intel Pentium 2ghz processor, 4gb RAM, and 256Mb ATI Radeon X1300PRO. I've ensured the video card drivers are up to date. The issue is still occuring and I am not sure why. The issue will occur with no other programs opened at the time. User will launch the program and the app crashes and prompts user to send an error report. Does anyone have any ideas? Does Impressions 3 only integrate with Autodesk 2010 products?
