I am currently using softimage 2012 and every time I use the shortcut for the ICE tree (alt-9) the whole program crashes! I have tried restarting the program and my computer, I have tried using it in a completely empty project but still the same. Does anyone have any ideas??
I just tried runonce.bat but it came up with something is missing so I renamed the user folder and it seems to be working fine! Thanks a lot for your help mate.
