Sorry for the experience.

I will try to get hold of crash error reports from your account. In the meantime, if you can share your model or upload a video that would really help.

Thanks,

Are you using a mac? On my Macbook Air, Fusion 360 crashes constantly...

Ryan - you may consider disabling the Environment Effects.

You may also check the preferences from the main application menu. What settings are you using for graphics?

Thanks,

Ryan, are you sending in CER reports? If so what email address? We can get into the data and see what is going wrong and get on fixing it. I'll send an email though adsk to see how we can help.

I am on windows 7.

I have been generating crash reports and specifying my email address.

Example file is attached.

If I scale this, or the larger version presently hidden, I have a 50/50 chance of crashing.

I will also reference this file for the post with respect to the shell problems I am having.

Also worth noting that I am having to zip the file, as if I try to upload the f3d file to this forum, I get a "The contents of the attachment doesnt match its file type" error.

I have had this before, which seems a bit obscure as it is output from the package this forum is intended to support.

Scratch that, now it is complaining the file size is too big. The maximum being 1.5 meg.

What is the point of asking for files in a support forum, if it is not set up for reasonable size files.

In this case I mean reasonable for the domain. My file size is 11.5 Meg.
