Since I would use Fusion 360 irregularly, I would have to pay for a full subscription for something (very useful) yet not essential for me. I don't make a living with designing parts and paying a regular subscription for a hobby would make me rather price sensitive.

 

On the professional side - I am an iOS developer and I do need Photoshop on occasion. Paying the subscription (around 20€ per month) was a no-brainer because I need it for client work. The added bonus is the availability of one of the best image editing tools out there.
