install problem Autodesk Fusion 360

i can't install Fusion 360 any idea on how to install it.

Following up from yesterday, can you please locate and post your installation log (mapped above) and system specifications so that we can troubleshoot accordingly.

I expect that the following warning is letting us know that it was a damaged or incomplete download of the installation.
WARNING :: Error detected, removing incomplete packages

This can some time take place when we are getting interference form antivirus software.

I try to install the trial version of the offical fusion360 on my mac pro.

but it always appears an error window.

Removing Older Builds

If you’ve installed beta builds of Autodesk Fusion 360 or Autodesk Sim 360 the following text describes a process you can use to manually remove older versions from your computer.

 

WINDOWS

Uninstalling

1.       Go to the Start Menu > Control Panel > Uninstall Programs.

2.       Select the existing Autodesk Fusion 360 and/or Autodesk Sim 360 entries from the list and start the uninstaller.

3.       Upon completion of the uninstall program exit Control Panel.

 

Clearing your cache files

1.       Launch Windows Explorer.

2.       Navigate to:  C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk

3.       Delete the following folder:

a.       Web Services

4.       Next, navigate to:  C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\Autodesk

5.       Delete the following folders:

a.       Autodesk Fusion 360 and/or Autodesk Sim 360

b.      BrowserCache

c.       PLM360Cache

6.       Now navigate to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk

7.       Ensure the following folders have been deleted. If they haven’t, manually delete them.

a.       Autodesk Fusion 360 and/or Autodesk Sim 360

b.      MC3

c.       Neutron Platform

d.      Neutron Platform 1.0 (if present)

e.      NINVFUS (if present)

f.        NFORGE (if present)

g.      NSIM

 

MAC

            Uninstalling

1.       Move the Autodesk Fusion 360 and/or Autodesk Sim 360 dock icons to the trash.

 

Clearing your cache files

1.       Start a new Finder window.

2.       In the Finder Menu (Apple bar on top), select Go > Go to Folder

3.       Enter ~/Library in the dialog that comes up

4.       Browse to Application Support/Autodesk/ and move the following folders to the trash:

a.       Webdeploy

b.      Web Services

c.       Autodesk Fusion 360

d.      MC3

e.      Synergy

f.        NINVFUS (if present)

g.       Neutron Platform

h.      Common

i.        Autodesk Sim 360 (if present)

j.        NSIM (if present)

5.       Next navigate to $TMPDIR/Autodesk (open a Terminal window, and type: open $TMPDIR/Autodesk) and move the following folders to the trash:

a.       Autodesk Fusion 360 and/or Autodesk Sim 360

b.      BrowserCache

c.       Neutron Test Application

d.      Project Forge (if present)

e.      Project Simulus (if present)

Did you fix the problem?

 

And if so what did you do?

 

Im having exactly the same error..

 

and somehow I can't run the uninstaller fusion 360

Sorry, but yes i fixed the installation problem, they sent me a new download link, i cleared the cache and reinstall the whole product, i had another problem with the login you need a "site name" to start using it, wich also they sent me too.
