corner option is being irgnored at nearly all corners besides one - turning corner option off fails the edge rounding tool

I notice one side has an edge and the other does not. If I split the face to create an edge, I can create a fillet that works on both sides.
I hope that helps.
Thanks,
Can you explain why the edge helped? I can reproduce this - great!
But the back edge seems to ignore the corner option also when I set the fillet to a small value to prevernt self intersecting fillet surfaces

The rolling ball fillet seems to require that 4 edges meet a single vertex. Take a look at the attached file.
I added a draft angle to one side and then split the faces. I can also reproduce if I skip the draft command and just split the face (see image below).
It sounds like you may be looking for setback options for the fillet command. Let me know if this helps.

Thanks for baring with me on this question.... Now, if I disable the Corner Option (not highlighted in blue), all corners seem to work correctly!
This would fail in the archive file that was originally posted to this thread. However, I deleted all of the other bodies in the file except for the arm body, to simplify the file. This causes the fillet command's behavior to change and the corner option does not fail. See the attached file for an example. I suspect that there is a conflict with timeline or another feature here.
I have logged this with development for further investigation. Thanks again for pointing this out.
Can you provide some background on this particular design? Based on the number of bodies located in the first Base Feature in the timeline, it looks like the capture design history option was disabled and then re-enabled. Does that sound correct?
