The lower circle is a TS based Brep surface matched to an upper sketch based Brep circle.
Fusion cannot split or trim this ... and obviosuly there is a physical interesection so this must be a bug.
When I matched the TS edge without using the curvature option trimming the BREps works.

I just tried it on build 2.0.1149, can't reproduce it.
