I have been trying out the trial version of Fusion360 on my Mac, no issues and love it.
I decided to try the drawing preview on the windows version on a windows 7 machine using the same account.
I logged out of the Mac version and when I install and start the windows version it only allows me to access some items on the dashboard. I've reinstalled a couple of times and now I can no longer uninstall.
Examples:
Search text box is non responsive, I cannot type into it.
Clicking on Projects, Data, People, Calendar and Upload and Create are non responsive.
I can open some of my designs and toolpaths in the activity panel, but only sometimes in the
'Recent" panel.
After a while it seems to time out.
Everything else on the windows machine works fine.
Thanks for any help. I really need to see the Drawings preview before I decide to buy this.

Welcome to the Fusion 360 community. I apologize for the issues. You may consider clearing your browser cache to see if it will help. Could you also try disabling your anti-virus and any firewall software temporarily? The purpose is to run a quick diagnostic test in Fusion 360 to see if the behavior changes. My only thought is if Fusion 360 runs okay on a Mac in the same network, there has to be something on the Windows machine that conflicts with Fusion 360.
Thank you for reporting this issue . Please keep us updated on your progress.
Cheers,
Nathan,
I emtpied chrome browser cache which is my default browwer, is that the correct one?
I also turned off the firewall and same behavior as before in both cases.
Do you have any other troubeshpooting ideas? Obviously, it works part way, I can open some designs and toolpaths.
