Hello all,
I am trying to copy , move and rotate a projected sketch. The move command dosen't allow me to select the sketch, and the copy paste command allows a move, but it makes the curved splines straight.
What is the best way to move, scale, and rotate a centerline sketch to an offset plane?
First you will need to right click on the projected sketch figures and select "Break." This will convert the sketch figures into regular sketch figures and "break" any relationship to other geometry. At this point, you should be able to move or rotate the sketch figures normally.
Let me know if this helps or if there are any other questions.
Thanks,
If anyone's looking for an up-to-date answer:
When creating the projection, there is a toggle to have it linked to the original geometry. "Projection link".
