Not sure what the problem is, says contact forum.....

It looks like when people have encountered this in the past the issue has been resolved by one of the following:
1. uninstall/reinstalling the software
2. making sure no antivirus software is running
3. ensuring good connectivity to the internt
If none of these work, you could try creating a new account and see if this helps with the issue. If you continue to have have trouble with this, could you please send me your email address in a private message or to james.herzing@autodesk.com and we can look into what the problem may be?
