Oce 9300 Image Issues

We are using an Oce 9300 plotter in our office. Our platforms are Win98 and
XPPro., using Microstation, Acad2000, and LDD4. The main problem is getting
tiff and ole objects to come out of the plotter. I have tried dragging the
resolution down to the minimum and still doesn't work. If I plot just a
window around the image, it plots, but if I try to plot the whole drawing,
nothing comes out. I'm not very familiar with all the ins and outs of this
mess and out IT guy just quit to go back to school, so ANY help or ideas
would be very appreciated. Thanks!
