We're using Autocad 2009 Mechanical on Windows XP SP2 Professional 32-bit.
Only with one user we have a Heidi-problem.
Following error-message occures:
(German original): Der konfigurierte Heide-Treiber kann nicht geladen werden. Der vorgegebene Software-Treiber wird verwendet.
(my translation): The configured Heide-Driver can not be loaded. The specified software-driver will be used.
Even a reinstall doesn't resolve the problem. We didn't configure Heidi-drivers, we didn't specified a software-driver. We installed Autocad 2009 Mechanical and configured the profile and the paths to the template-files, fonts and so on.
How to solve the problem?
