Ive got a few problems here. First and biggest problem is we cant plot any aerials. when i send the aerial, it takes about 45 minutes and will then start plotting bits and pieces and then say out of memory. I dont think we are using a Heidi driver as i cant create or modify my paper sizes.
Next problem, most drawings take between 5 and 10 minutes for the plotter to receive the drawing and start plotting. Is this normal?
3rd problem, we plot a lot of drawings in .pdf and send them out to get plotted. I can open the .pdf and send it to our plotter and it plots fine. The document center we send it to has to use an E-size paper to plot a D-size drawing. Then they charge us for the E-size. I'm guessing this is a problem on their end and not ours? But is there anything i can tell them? I think they use a HP 1050 plotter unless they got a newer one.
