Can't update hdi

So we have our oce hdi drivers on the network. We have various problems with using a pc3 for LDT 3 created with Oce hdi 8 with LDT 2005. So we downloaded new hdi's from Oce's website and attempted to make a new pc3 with them. But when it gets to the part where it's copying the new .hdi and .dll files to the network it gives us this error:
"The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process". It does for each of the two files it needs to update.
Any help would be appreciated.

Can you please provide a little more information on your situation? What
type of OCE plotter are you using? What type of network do you have?
