boot up countdown

I had to install a hard drive and O/S (W2k) and can not remember where the
countdown setting is.

You know the "seconds until highlighted choice will be started" message
before the splash screen. The default is 30 seconds, but I typically set it
to 3.

I am feeling a little brain dead this morning and just can't remeber where
that setting is...

TIA

Right-click My Computer, select Properties, Advanced, Startup an Recovery.
You should find it here.
