Thank you Dell

My old M90 laptop that our marketing person is using after I got a M6400 in
Jan. started crapping out this morning. Weird video problems. A 10 min
phone call and Dell is sending a new M4600 or something to replace it. Just
like that. No fuss, no call to India. The only bummer is we have to buy a
different docking station.

That's the thing about working with Dell's "business" side - those calls
aren't outsourced.
