Error Loading DLLs

Hi, when I open the program, it always gives to me the same error, it says:

DLL <C:\Program Files (x86)\Autodesk\3ds Max 2011\PlugIns\ptio.dlu> failed to initialize.

Error code 126 - Cannot find the specified module.

 

How can I fix the problem? thanks in advance.
