Color Plotter Recommendations

Hi,
I am looking to replace our HP DesignJet 800 plotter with a newer one that produces better color quality. We have had the 800 for about 5 years and recently have been relying on it for our printing of renderings. The plotter is giving us a lot of problems with quality and reliability.

I am currently looking at the HP Designjet Z3100ps 44" wide or the Canon ImagePROGRAF iPF8000. Both use a 12 ink printing system.

I was wondering if anyone has had some experience with these plotters or can recommend another solution.
