Can I ask about software? Pleeaaassseeee?

Quick question, don't know where else to post it. I am looking for a piece
of software that will search a specified directory (with multiple sub
directories) for image files, and create a thumbnail directory of the files,
list their location, and allow me to print it out in a nice hardcopy binder
for referance. I'm finding a TON of shareware programs out there that say
they do something more or less like it, but I don't want to download all of
them, test them, unload them when they aren't quite right, find another one,
etc. etc. etc. Freeware is great, I don't mind paying for shareware if it
does what I need. Anybody know of a good program? Am I missing something
in another program that I might already have? Adobe? Quark? Viz? Power
Point? Thanks for any ideas, sorry to the moderators if this is to far off
topic.

ACDSee or ThumbsPlus (adds HTML output - if you need that).

I prefer ACDSee.
I've used the classic version for years.
You can print pages of thumbnails by directory, controlling the size of each
thumbnail and can selectively print under each picture:
File path
File name
File description
Image information

But, I'm pretty sure it won't print subdirectories. You would need to print
each folder separately.

Thats funny, I am in the middle of a download, is it worth the money? (not
that it costs much)

Huge bummer, I sorted all my graphics by job numbers (when applicable) and
would hate to go back through all those folders manually.
