3ds Max 2010 Crashing

I am hoping that someone can help me with this.  One of you technical peeps please help!!  I trying to run 3ds Max 2010 64bit on a 1tb, 16 ram, 5450 video card  desk top pc and for some odd reason it keeps crashing within about a min or so of bringing the software up.  It is registered and has all of the newest updates, I have tried reverting from Direct3d as requested from the chat peeps I was chatting with last night.  Still no luck 😞

 

can you think of anything that is keeping my software from working?  Please help!!!!??????

The Radeon 5450 is not on the approved video card list.  You may consider replacing your video card with a certified workstation class video card with WHQL drivers. 

 

In addition, make sure your software is up-to-date on service packs and hotfixes:
